PLUGGED sells digital supplier lists. This page explains how and when you'll receive your order after checkout.
Digital delivery (all orders)
Every PLUGGED product is a digital download. Your supplier list is delivered instantly by email and unlocked in your account the moment your payment is confirmed. No physical item is shipped.
Delivery times
Delivery is instant in 99% of cases. In rare situations (payment review, network delay) your download link can take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Please check your junk/spam folder before contacting support.
Australia (AU)
Available Australia-wide including NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT and NT. All prices are shown in AUD. No shipping fee applies — the product is digital.
International customers
PLUGGED supplier lists are available worldwide. The vetted suppliers inside each list ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and most of the EU. Supplier dispatch times typically range 2–6 business days.

If your download hasn't arrived within 15 minutes, log in to your account and re-download from your order page, or contact us and we'll re-send within one business day (AEST).
